Do any of you read the comics? I've heard that they're the continuation of what happened after the end of the show. I'm just curious what that story line is like.

i have loads of Buffy comics actaully. but the comics ended the same time the tv show did. the last storylines of the comics was a prequel to the show, where u see Buffy's parents fighting, and Dawn being there, but fading in and out, since she wasn't relaly supposed to be real or whatever. it also dealsl with Buffy being in the institution. anyways the new Angel comics are less than stellar, but i have all of them anyways, there's 7 so far. the first 5 was part of the series called The Curse, where he was trying to rid himself of the Gypsey curse, as he traveled Romania. now the new series is called Old Friends, its more or less dealing with the gang still fighting the good fight, where Gunn went all Xander on us and is wearing an eye patch. anyways at www.tfaw.com u can get tons of Buffy comics i recently got the Oz ones i wanted, which wasa 3 parter dealing with how Oz got the wolf under control b4 he came back to Sunnydale. its funny cuz i had read the book version of that yrs ago when it came out, it was called Oz Into the Wild, so the 3 comics follow that same storyline, but man he looks way cooler and scarier in the comics than he ever did in the show. i also read all the Buffy novells that are out, they continue to make those but most of those are set in high school, like the Stake Your Destiny series.

oh i forgot to mention Queen of the Slayers book, that book does actaullky take place where Chosen ends, so u do get to see what happens to the gang after the big battle and stuff. it is pretty good book, cuz its the only one out there now that takes place after the show ends.
