Personally I'm good. My brother busted my laptop during an argument I had with him 2 weeks so I'm still moderately pissed.

Thanks, I'm glad I'm good too As for the laptop, he smashed the screen with the power adapter; a new screen can cost between $300 and $400. I wrote about it on another forum so I'll quote it here: Some people on that forum understood what it means to have a brother like that, others called me childish because I didn't walk away.

Wow. I'm sorry that happened. I don't really think it mattered who started it. I think the point is your personal property was destroyed for no good reason (not that there is a good reason to destroy someone's property). I can't blame you for still being mad about it.

It's also a major inconvience because I have to connect my monitor to laptop to do my parent's banking andd stuff; no more kitchen table convience.
The one good thing about this happening is that my mom is finally not defending him so much; I can actually get her to agree when he is behaving like a jerk.

It could be worse. You could have no computer at all.
That's great that your mom doesn't defend him. I can sort of relate. My sister pulls all kinds of stunts to get attention or whatever she wants and I know the only reason that my mom still talks to her is because of the grandchildren. And if the truth be told, if it were not for those kids I probably wouldn't have anything to do with my sister.

I'd just like to use my computer without seeing the busted screen; some days I see it and get mad. Like I told my mom, it's forgiven- not forgotten. That's great that your mom doesn't defend him. Kudos to you and your mom for hanging in there; Grandkids/nieces/nephews are very important indeed. Hopefully your sister "grow" out of it, yeah I know it's a fat chance, but there's always a chance.

Something like that isn't easily forgotten. Kudos to you and your mom for hanging in there; Grandkids/nieces/nephews are very important indeed. Hopefully your sister "grow" out of it, yeah I know it's a fat chance, but there's always a chance. I quite adore my sister's kids. They are amazing. And the best part is I get to give them back. There's not responsibility for me. ;D And as for my sister growing up, that will never happen.

The weather here is crazy. We had almost a week of snow and freezing rain but in the past 2 days it's almost completely melted! I can see green grass again

One day it'd be in the 50's and then in the 80's the next. The weather is strange. It's been snowing a lot here lately though. They said so far this December it's snowed 22 inches, which is 18 higher than average. I like it because it makes me have to get off my lazy behind and shovel. so yeah. I near peed my pants watching that. Ha ha. No one even spit anything at you. ;D
